I finished this over the summer and just love how it turned out. The hardness of the gun is balanced with the soft curls of the dogs ears. This Springer Spaniel is a working dog, so I wanted to portray Maggie out in the field, doing what she loves, with her owner by her side. Her eyes are raised to the sky, looking for a bird taking wing.

hace poco perdi a mi compañera "Lulu", una gatita de 16 años...estuvo a mi lado desde que nacio...y ahora se fue....me encantaria pintarla aunque no me saliera tan bien como el trabajo que tu haces...pero mis sentimientos todavia estan muy sensibles para poderla pintar...pasara un tiempo todavia hasta que pueda hacerlo..por eso valoro mas todavia tu trabajo...
